Mark All Threads As Read

Been looking for a setting that will mark all threads in a forum as read, or even all threads/posts in the whole site. This feature is present in many of the forums I participate. It allows one to mark everything as read, even if they haven't actually been viewed/read, as a way to filter out topics that are not of interest. It goes hand-in-hand with a filter for "new posts" which I've not found either.
