OK, here's my problem, I'm not new to photography but it's been 7 years since the camera got picked up. I've used LR on my phone but I just bought an Ipad and loaded it there and although it looks the same for retouching, I have no idea where I put the libraries.
Old stuff doesn't matter too much as I know I have them on hard drive 3,000km away (long story) but this might be an opportunity to start afresh on cataloging.
Where do I start?
I won't be storing in iCloud, I think I prefer Adobe. Photos pulled in from a Fuji XT-100 and eventually a Pentax 645Z as well as my phone. All retouching on an ipad. No printing.
No other apps except maybe some phone apps on the iPhone phots and certainly at some point PS for HD merges (I shoot landscapes and every shot is bracketed). PS will be on a laptop and then I figure I either export or upload to pull down to LR?
Where do I start, I honestly looked at it blankly last night while muttering choice phrases under my breath.
