The photo is good to look at. I don't know the size of the flower or the fly so I don't know what kind of fly it is. The fly I have here in Australia that looks a bit like that is a leaf miner.

This might be some kind of Cheilosia, living in Finland. The flower is about 3 cm wide.

It’s always good to see something different.. and wonder what is, I think the flower is a marsh marigold, no idea about the fly
