How to get desktop view?

How can I get back desktop view with my phone in this new Dpreview?

Do you mean on the new forums, or on the rest of the DPReview site?

The forums are now responsive, meaning the same page will adapt to both a desktop browser and a mobile browser, so there is no separate mobile view - everyone gets the same experience. For the rest of the site, the behavior should be the same as before. Let me know if you're seeing something different.

Indeed. Forcing a mobile view on my phone is a step in the wrong direction. Allow the user to choose.

I have already found that I like the Mobile version to be honest. When you get use to how it works, then you have it on both the Computer, Laptop or Phone. It is uniform now. Hopefully people will get use to it. I honestly did not like the OLD version on my iPhone. But, being honest, I rarely posted on my iPhone because I did not like the old version. With this one, I have used my iPhone more so far. But, I will normally still post on my Laptop.
