Hello All,

I would love to get some help from the good folks here. I can't get tracking working in my G100.

Following the manual I've set the camera to AFC and multimetering and the AF mode to tracking. The markers for the AF tracking area do turn green when I halfpress the shutterbutton, but when I release that button, the markers don't turn yellow, no tracking occurs, and the markers are white again. The camera is set to aperture priority.

I guess I'm overlooking some setting, but I can't find which one.

BTW, I've tried the combi of AFC and face detection, and in itself that works (when people look straight into the lens), but it does not work for my purpose (children running around in crowded places).

THANKS!

Jeanette

You should repost this to the Micro-Four Thirds forum (or have a moderator move it there).
I did repost this overthere rightaway when I discovered my post had accidentally landed in this forum. And to my happy surprise it looked like I had been able to delete it here. But alas, you make clear it's still here. I'm sorry!

Ciao, Jeanette
