Help with focus point Typ114

Hello,

I just got the Leica V Lux Typ 114. I am new to Lumix/Leica menus. Is there any way I can set the focus point to the cursor buttons and keep it there? Right now I am hitting the L cursor to pull up the focus menu then toggling down to the AF area and hitting ok. Is there any way to do it faster? After I take a picture that function then goes away and the focus point is again immovable.

Is there also a way to manually adjust white balance along the slider?
