G2: paint it black!

Just a suggestion to Canon: if you want to sell more of your future G3s, paint it black (as Sony did with the S85): it looks far more “professional” and it doesn’t reflect spot lights on the subject.

What about zooming while shooting a movie (learn from Olympus and, please, live audio on while zooming).

My father owns a G1 and I’m going to buy a G2 to share accessories, but I have to admit that Sony’s 707 shacked my wrists.

H Cartier-Bresson (aka "Hank Carter") did just that in the 40's, essentially inventing the "black body" that was later copied by manufacturers

Well Jerry, realizing there's only so much you can do with photoshop, I like it! With a different shade of black, it would look even better (just like the black Contax G2 looks way better than the silver one). Hope I don't offend any of the female photographers in this forum, bit it looks like a man's camera!!!
