I know this is a knit, but perhaps someone would know a solution.
I just purchased a used Fuji FinePix W3 camera. The new camera is essentially like new. The shutter count is 1,268 including my first test picture. The only flaw is the 3D mode light does not come on when in 3D mode. "3D" displays on the screen and the view is in 3D. I've tried rotating the dial to other settings, switching between 2D and 3D a number of times, as well as power on/off cycles. All to no avail.
I've had a W3 since 2011 but recently it has been getting a little unreliable having taken over 14,000 pictures plus movies. It also has survived being dropped which cracked the upper left corner of the screen ("fixed" with a silicone wipe) and a almost unmovable zoom control fixed with air cleaning (using a damp lens wipe and a pressurized air can). But As I said, this is a knit but the 3D mode light on my old camera has saved me a few times when I accidentally switched to 2D mode. The battery is fully charged.
