I have an OM-1 mk2 and have been thinking about buying the FL-900R flash. While I might occasionally use it as the main source of light, I'd probably use it mostly as fill-in lighting when shooting people outside. On that basis, being able to shoot sequentially - ie at x frames per second, rather than shooting once then waiting for several seconds for it to recycle - is important to me.
There are descriptions of the flash being able to operate at up to 10fps, but it's unclear what setting it would use or what the range would be. The online instructions go into very little detail, unfortunately.
I'm assuming it would be in the Super FP mode, in order to benefit from a high shutter speed. What other settings would have to be made, and how many FPS would it deliver, at what distance?
