Display on LCD and TV at Same Time

I'm trying to set up R7 or R5 for a class so that both my LCD/viewfinder and a TV display (connected via HDMI) are active simultaneously. So far, I seem to have to settle for one or the other. I assume there is a setting I'm missing, but my online searching hasn't been successful. Can anyone explain how I can do this? Thanks.

I don't know if it's the same.

But with my external 5.5" hdmi monitor this is the setting I use:

Thanks for the quick reply. I saw a reference to this setting before, but couldn't find it. Now I realize this is for movie shooting and it doesn't seem to apply to still shooting. I'm looking for something that does the same thing for still shooting. The Shoot 8 menu for still shooting doesn't have the same item and I can't find it anywhere else. Maybe I just can't do what I want. Thanks again.
