D300 Issue

My D300 has reverted back to only capturing 2 JPG's when I have it set to capture RAW and Fine JPG.

Somebody told me last year how to fix this and it worked but I did not write it down....
Does anybody on here know how to fix this?

OK,
Never mind.... I saw where I could search for my old posts.... I found it....
2 button reset.... I will do that again....

Does the camera do this even though it shows RAW in the top display? Is this a known bug?

I had this before when I connect my camera via the USB cable and Nikon transfer.
Putting the card in a cardreader solved this problem.

Yes the Camara's top display shows RAW and FINE but both images are JEPG.
Not sure why it did this again......
