***CTF Mini Challenge Fences part 2***

I appreciate your help. I'm in retail sales and the last 2 days are my long ones and I haven't had much time to reply to the posts. I hope to get caught up tonight!!

Thanks again,

You're doing a great job mate:-)

Just don't forget when you're handing the HMs who went to all the trouble of setting up part two:-)
Regards Rod

Thanks for entering!! I really like the first one and the B&W treatment. I can almost smell the pollution!! Nice work.

I was lamenting on that it's a shame that the previous winners list has to be edited down to not include some names. Eventually some names would be forgotten. What about instead of posting a separate thread of an incomplete previous winners list, there could be a link to some web page that all can access and update with a complete list. You could include the link to the previous winners when posting the guidelines for the new challenge. Could look as simple as this:

http://homepages.peakpeak.com/~blade/minichallenge.html

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Scott,
Wow, so was close to the 'Atlanta CTF Society' ;)
Here I thought you were from the Georgia area.

The Smokey mountains are a beautiful sight, reminded me abit of the Alaska mountains. Cades Coves is a neat place but I missed seeing the bears and deer.

Yes, you were close to the Atlanta CTF Society - and it is in Georgia. Actually, me, Pops, TheFly, and Tomcat had lunch last year. We're going to try and do it again...

An old-fashioned iron fence rusting away. Now they're made of square aluminum tubing; they don't rust and from a distance they look like the real thing.

See all the world's statues of Columbus at http://columbus.vanderkrogt.net/index.html . This one is in South Philadelphia.

The fence has been built around the tree

A dozen albums (plus family pictures) at http://www.pbase.com/mistermax/light_and_shadow

I have added my photos from the Hudson Valley , so now there are

The first one is beautiful, the second shot was really interesting(where is the track located?), but the third made me smile.

You must be from the midwest, where 'bouts? I am originally from S. Hutchinson, Kansas.

3 nice entries!

...three from my own backyard!! All three are very nice but I love the one with your son shooting with the A-80! I also visited your gallery and it looks like you guys had a great time down here. Thanks for entering!

I'm still amazed by the colours myself. It is so weird, I only realised exactly what you mentioned afterwards, looking at the picture on my computer.

Thanks Doug !

Yes Tennessee is a very nice State to visit. Next time, will do it differently and hit other parts we didn't get to see.

Thanks for the invite to the mini challenge and fences are not always included in my shooting style so it puts a different perspective to do so.
