Any Bird Photographers Using the S1R II

Hello Friends

Several months ago I tried out the S5II as a possible replacement for my Fuji X-H2S. I loved both cameras, but decided against going to the S5II. However, I still haves a soft spot for Panasonic cameras, and I keep having a bad case of GAS (gear acquisition syndrome), and I still consider going for the full frame sensor (yes I know all the arguments about that)

Is anyone using the S1R II for birds and wildlife photography? How is it working or not?

Mine is being shipped today, so no bird/wildlife experiences yet, but I hope to start posting soon.

Also, check the end of the March 2025 image thread - there is a few bird shots there that really show off the AF of the S1RII.

Will test better once my RAW editor supports the camera.
