What confuses me is comparing the 90 and the Dimage 7. Two very
different cameras and prices. The Dimage is going to cost 1.5
times as much as the 90. What about the E-10 or the D30?

1.5 times? I dont know what the cost is in the states but in Sweden the announed price of the Dimage 7 is lower than the current for the 90. Only by $50, but anyway. Both are priced around $1200.
