Pro1 indoor image quality

Pro1 owners....I am thinking about buying this as a second camera
to my DSLR. I was curious if the indoor image quality is typically
as mediocre as in this picture:

Ha! That's a funny one. Looks like the quality's pretty good from
my vantage point... Of course, a full size pic would be better for
image quality analysis.

I've seen better. This gallery is a photography exercise that is open to anyone, so we get to see pics from all different cameras. Every 2 weeks there is a new theme to shoot.

It seems to me that the Canon 10D/300D pics really stand out the most. I own a 300D (actually a dRebel since I'm American) already, but I want to buy a nice all in one camera to replace my old G2. I don't want to bother with the G5, even though it is dirt cheap now. The reviews of the Pro1 seem OK, but Phil seems to like the Oly 8080 better. But since I already own so many Canon accessories, I want to stick with Canon. choices...choices....!

The S1's longer zoom would have allowed this pic to be taken from an safe distance. Also the S1's IS would have allowed you to continue holding the beer on your left hand.
