2nd hand lens in Europe?

I'm tired of paying tons and tons of tax when I order from Keh.com
so I was wondering: Is there a Ken.com here in Europe?
Actually I was considering ordering something from keh at a point and was not sure whether I would have to pay taxes on a used lens. How much do you usually pay when ordering from keh ?
And what about delivery charge ?

(they do not give precise information about shipping to europe on their website).

I live in France and the only solution to find used gear is to look at some magazines with dedicated sections. I could pick up a few urls but they do not provide the choice keh does provide (example: shopphoto-nikon.com).

So I would also be very interested in some hint.

I'm curious as well living in CH, but importing new from the USA -- tax and all -- is still usually cheaper than buying decent quality used gear in CH, D, F or the UK. I imagine its the same elsewhere in the EU. Is your experience similar?

In Switzerland it's simply collusion. It is essentially legal here. In the US, X% off the Nikon suggested retail price is norm. In CH, you pay the Nikon suggested retail plus an inflated exchange rate. And all retailers fall in line. Not sure if this is mandated in the distrbution contract, but pricing collusion in CH is the norm. It's repulsive. I hope the ability to buy internationally on the web brings some of these guys to their senses.

I am willing to pay a slight premium to buy locally and support the economy. But when I am quoted $3,500 for a 28mm 1.4 from three Swiss shopsand can get it for $1,400 in the US ($1750 by the time I pay tax and shipping) common sense kicks in.
So I think I will keep ordering from Keh and keep paying the huge
amount of taxes
