Does anyone know where you can find free digital muslin backdrops?

On one forum, the suggestion was made to use cloud rendering in photoshop. I am also aware of the retail market for cd collections of backdrops. However I am looking for REAL cheap (AKA free) and pre made.

I have played my last "but its only $15 more dollars" with my wife. She is fed up with my expensive hobby. And no, getting a new wife is not an option (unless a new wife's firmware features are upgradeable after purchase).

I was hoping someone had some leads regarding my question, but no one responded. Appreciate any advise.

Well I made my own in Photoshop. I also downloaded lots of nature pics. from the internet. Not to sell but for my own personal use. I found it real fun to make them in photoshop. I dont have my camera yet but when i do get it this week i'll be using them alot.

Great question - you can find backdrop collections on Ebay pretty cheaply. I'm planning to go out and shoot some backgrounds for myself - no reason I can't do that! I've played some with creating my own backgrounds with Cloud Rendering, Difference Cloud and Lighting Effects, and various combinations. Just playing around with combining different filters, it's kinda fun. Here's one example:

Give those filters a try with various combinations and colors. You'll come up with some freebies that you'll be happy with.
