Canon DSLRs and 3CCD Camcorders

Is there any interchangable lenses between them? I don't know lenses at all so please explain if I am overlooking something obvious.

The CCD sensor is much smaller than 35mm film (1/2.7" ?) hence the size of the image circle for the two lens types is completely different.

The Canon XL-1 and XL-1S semi-professional MiniDV camcorder uses interchangable lenses. The new XL1s costs something like $3500. There are several lenses available for it, and there is also an adapter so you can use any EF lens (Canon 35mm SLR autofocus lens) on an XL series camcorder
