Hi,
I mostly shoot jpegs. I download them with USB CF cardreader and with Zoombrowser EX which is on CD you got with your 10D.
Follow this procedure: Connect your USB card reader or camera with PC terminal to USB port, then start Zoombrowser EX. Click on Camera & Memory card button on the upper left side of the window. Wait for a while until another window is opened. You will see thumbnails of all pictures on your CF card. Select all or those you want and start downloading to the folder you are asked to enter. Downloading will take a while. After download is finished, Zoombrowser rotates all the pictures which shold be. During this phase you have feeling the application froze, but wait for a minute.
As I know some users also use acdsee, select all pictures in the folder and use command from menu Rotate -> Auto rotate.
