HELP !!! eBook won't load

I got my iNova eBook in the mail today, but when I tried to load it, the disk just spins and nothing can be found on the disk. I tried a known disk and it is not my system. Has anyone else had a problem with the disk loading? Any ideas or comments welcome. There goes my Christmas present!

If you have tried this on other computers and gotten the same result, then perhaps the disk is messed up. No worries. E-mail me directly and we'll rush you a fresh one. Don't return the package and original until the new one arrives.

Include complete mailing data so we can look up your records and create the label from data in your Email, if need be.
