My second adaptation with a dedicated J5 plus Hoodman Loupe; Canon nFD 500mm f4.5 L with Canon 1.4x Extender and Fotodiox Pro NIK1/CAN adapter, again mounted on a Manfrotto MVH500AH fluid head, 055 XPROB tripod and dolly. Powered by Nikon AC converter & dummy battery.

J5 with Hoodman Loupe; Canon nFD 500mm f4.5 L plus 1.4x Extender
I'm delighted with and astounded by the range and sharpness of the Canon nFD with Extender when compared with the excellent CX 70-300mm. The crane barges are the same distance away from my window, about a mile.

A view from my window with CX 70-300mm @ 191mm

An equidistant view with nFD 500mm + 1.4x Extender

"Gee, Officer Krupke,
We're down on our knees.
'Cause no one wants a fella with a social media disease."

Take care lest tongue-in-cheek becomes foot-in-mouth disease.

On a more serious note, does a three-dimensional form initiate the formation of a gravitational force or does gravitational force initiate the formation of a three-dimensional form?
