My 5 step workflow
workflow
gimp (autosaturate) to faststone (autolevels) to irfanview (autocolors) to OM WORKSPACE (100 DEHAZE 50 SATURATION) to Photoshop Express (Bueno Filter 200)*
or
gimp (autosaturate) to irfanview (autocolors) to faststone (autolevels) TO OM WORKSPACE (100 DEHAZE 50 SATURATION) to Photoshop Express (Bueno Filter 200)**
first the unprocessed image

The second image is completely unprocessed. The last two use the 5 step workflow, the only difference is that in the last one I used Irfanview before FastStone.
It brought out the colors better but unfortunately the raindrops on my window were also enhanced.

In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.
