Hello, everyone. As I always say, thanks for making contributions to this worthwhile endeavor.

This weekly thread serves as a place for members who own Fuji gear to share recent work …… specifically, with their Fuji X APS-C cameras. To re-emphasize…. it’s just fine for owners to post images made with their “other” cameras, but the idea is to allow owners with Fuji X APS-C cameras to compare notes, tips, and any other helpful hints.

To contribute your image, please respond to the original thread. Please, in your message, include a title to reflect what you wish to convey. Consider making it somewhat entertaining… it may add some “spice.” In addition to uploading/embedding your image, please tell us a little about the image if you wish. It is helpful to some of us who are less traveled to talk about the location of your photo if possible. If you can provide details such as camera, settings, and processing, that would be great for people reviewing the images.

If you wish C&C (comments/critique) please indicate that in your post. In this thread it should not be assumed everyone wants C&C. However, if you want specific feedback (composition, exposure, subject, etc.), don’t hesitate to mention it. It may be helpful to respondents what your needs may be.

Thanks,

PS…… Post away!

Saw a possibility and grabbed the X-T50 and GFX100SII. The X-T50 had “what I thought” was the 16-50/2.8 but didn’t look close enough. When I got to the appropriate place I discovered it actually had the 8mm mounted instead! ARGH!!!!!!!

So I just used the GFX though the X-T50 would have done a great job on this really nice sunset.

What was intended to be a long hike in the autumn colours turned out to be a hike cut a bit short due to much colder conditions that expected. The fog took a lot away from the vibrant colours stretching along the valley, however it was also pretty cool in its own way.

Time for the moon.

Some pictures I took of the moon rising over the bay in a little village called Turunc in Turkey. As you can see, the light was constantly changing and the clouds were doing their bit to add to the effects. Taken with my X-E5 (a lovely little camera).

All pictures in chronological order and reduced in size because the internet here is really slow. All processed in LRc.

Comments invited.

I had a lot of fun dialing in the amount of blur and specular highlights with my aperture for the ones I took with the Fuji 90mm f2. The rest of the text is repeated from post 1.

Holland Ridge Farms is a flower farm in Southern New Jersey. They have two plantings a year with the first tulips and the second sun flowers and other flowers. My wife and I visited for the third time yesterday and had a wonderful time as in the past. It's a joy to walk in the fields that go on nearly as far as you can see. You are able to pick flowers for purchase and they sell an amazing variety of tulips and I have some of there varieties in our garden. My wife picked flowers and there now in a vase on our dining room table. We were both taking photos, enjoying the stunning day and sights as well as doing some people watching. As we went on a weekday it was not that busy which is best for photography unless you want photos of the people. Besides photographing the flowers, I took a photo of a photographer with his model.

Sunrise at Roxborough Park near Denver. Heavy cloud cover and then a brief interval with a small break in the clouds and some direct sun on the rocks.
