Im used to seeing lions and cheetahs on a daily basis on safari. Over the years I've probably encountered at least 40 leopards and got to know them so well that the park rangers gave me the honor to name one a few years back. My record was spotting three in one day but that was extremally lucky, normally its around three per week. I think the elusiveness is why they have now become the mammal I make it a priority to find.

Here are some of my favorite encounters. All have interesting stories, the leopard hunting low to the ground was taken at 20,000 iso. I couldn't see anything at all but the camera managed to pick it up.

These are fantastic Bryan. Leopards are special, especially when they are so elusive!

This set of your photos are a joy to view Brian.

All the best in 2025

Great photos of beautiful cats. I doubt I'll ever get a chance to photograph one, so I'll settle for bobcats here in California.

Thanks they certainly are! the portrait one was a around a 2hr wait i think
I especially like the second last one (looking through the leaves). That, to me, is so typical of leopard sightings.

Wow!!!
