UK service centre??

According to Ricoh, the UK authorised service centre is John Pye Tech.
I need my sensor cleaning so tried to book my GRIIIx in.
However after several days they haven’t replied to my email and the phone line is never answered?

Does anyone have recent experience of this company? Because it *appear* they no longer do anything.

Anywhere else I can get the dust cleaned?

You could try Camera Repair Direct situated near Cranleigh Surrey. They have a website, where you can look up the details. I recently consulted them on the failure of the OK button on my GR3 and I thought that the quoted price was very reasonable.
