** Weekly Fuji X-Series Photo-Sharing Thread August 24-30, 2024**

Are you finding the extremely light weight kit of the X-T50 and new kit lens almost like carrying nothing with no compromising of IQ! That's a rhetorical question, of course!
Yes, it’s really a joy to use and being able to change lens is perfect. I like using it with my H2s shooting sports and concert work. I think the S20 would have been fine also. With my day trip I just had it on a wrist strap and I carried it most of the day and never noticed any strain on my arm.

The only thing is after using it for about a month is I think 40 meg sensor does not provide much of a benefit over the smaller sensor. I would be fine with the smaller one.

It was so nice out in the park after a short summer rain!

There were very few people in what's usually a popular park, so I was lucky to see lots of bird activity.

With a hurricane off the Long Island coast and a full moon, high tide flooded the marsh and in some places the trails were under water at the Marine Nature Study Area in Oceanside, NY. This green heron was standing a few feet off the main trail. I waded on the edge of the trail and bent low to take this photo.

It appears you "waited-while-you-waded" to get a great photo! Sorry, I couldn't resist the pun!
This forum would not be the same without your humor Bob.

I took those pictures in Frankfurt without considering any rules of aesthetics. In addition, the motives are trivial, nothing interesting.

Comments are welcome.

Heavily backlit is not a bad thing. Current photo software could add any background you want. :)

I was waiting for a humming bird to show up when this lantern fly landed on my lens hood.
