Man I cant do nuthin' on this forum. Cant have a discussion, cant post any work or images, cant type my titles however I want lol. Kinda crazy on here lol.. I woulda never guessed.

You’re kinda just posting links to LUT examples on your YouTube and S9 hyperbole. It’s not that people hate the S9 it’s just that the majority of this forum aren’t that pumped about a LUT button. The in camera LUT feature came about with the S5II release so we already kinda went through that hype. There’s a monthly thread on here for sharing images if you want to do that.
Though I hate to use this expression, I fell in love with the S9 at first sight. Love probably describes my feelings here, because it is a very unreasonable thing. :-D
Still, I like the size and weight of this FF camera, even the colours, but I know, even the old Sony A7C (1st version) is the better camera for me: better AF, more lenses, a VF, some WR.
And, of course, it is a Panasonic: I had a G1, G2, G3, two GX7, GX8, and, while the old bodies were very well built, with all the GX bodies I had BQ issues (sticky dials). I also had the first kit zoom 14-45mm and the 20mm, both great lenses and no problems, but had to return the newer PL 12-60 and the PL9 (IQ issues). The 2nd sample of the PL 9 now is better, though still shows a bit of decentering.
And I have been reading about trouble with Panasonic S lenses (moisture and what not). So the 20-60 is out, and the small Sigma primes are attractive, but not what I am looking for.
So I feel very unreasonable and probably won't buy the S9. :-(
However, I do understand your feelings and really hope you won't be disappointed.

My response of "cant do nuthin' on here", was talking about somebody being annoyed that I wrote a title to a thread, in all caps lol. If that's not the most hater thing I've seen lol. Who cares or gets annoyed about all caps ?! lol.

I was being sarcastic w/ the title lol. Poking at the most talked about and cried about camera in 2024. I don't hate it all. I'm having a ball. Having a lot of fun shooting it.

I had a look at your YouTube. You have some pretty creative music videos. Would you use the S9 for this? Or is that going to be more of your weekend camera?

Word. Thanks for checking them out. If I had to shoot a music video on the S9 I could, but it probably wouldn't be my first choice. It also just depends on the artist / the song / the look that is wanted, for I use different cameras for different things. But a music video on the S5ii + the S9 together, definitely possible, and it would probably work out nicely. If I was traveling let's say, and an artist in another city or country wanted a video, yeah...I'd probably do it on the S9 because, that would be the camera that's with me, traveling. An S9 all rigged out is not really my style but, rigging it would make it even stronger.
There are certain polite protocols for posting. Break them if you must, you are free to do so.
Firstly is all capitals = shouting.
Secondly is what is known as click bait = saying something unusual simply to earn a click
Thirdly is simply posting a link - especially when not fully explaining what the content of the link is all about.
Looks like your OP has not followed these polite protocols .
In other words when people browse and do not have a lot of time to find interesting subjects to read they don't wish to be bothered by "blind alleys" after they have dutifully clicked to find out what it is all about.
As noted - feel free to make post suit suit your own viewpoint but don't get testy about this activity when someone compl,ains about it.

Lol, "zesty" is a funny word. I'll give you +3 points for that. But ummmm, all caps is just how I type usually, Capricorn...OCD maybe, I think I just like how ALL CAPS looks. Not my intention to yell by any means. If it was taken as yelling, I apologize.
In terms of DP Review protocols...maybe there are some. I had no idea. I'm new here. I'm sure you can see my stats or start date, or whatever.. But I had no intention on doing anything on purpose to disregard protocols.

If you look deeper, you'll find out that not only am I Panasonic shooter / owner, GH4 - GH5 - GH6 - S5ii, but I actually purchased and went outside to shoot, test, learn, and share...what I was experiencing with a new camera...the most hated camera of 2024, the S9.
In terms of just posting a link and not giving the required context or lengthy description that nobody told me or sent to me in the protocol bible, I don't do it on purpose. There's a lot of talking going on these days, I rather let the art speak. My title is to the point, the video is to the point, but the DESCRIPTION in the video has a lengthy paragraph about what is going on in the video, as well as other useful information regarding look / lut / settings, experience, whatever, etc.

Click bait title with nothing but a video self promotion = I'm never going to click that link. Especially after all the super defensive rambling over something as silly as someone meme responding your all caps usage. All caps means shout'n, since before the dialup days...

They are not specific dpreview protocols but more posting on the web generally accepted polite discussion standards for the web.
