It's a classic 1/2.3" small sensor CCD digicam (i.e it takes great images at or below asa 200 sensor iso but above that compromises impact) with some twists...

- it looks cute - a "throwback" to the Pentax 110 APS slr camera; is very small and light so is really "pocketable" and is well-built. Unlike my Fuji digicams this resists scratches and dents so even a 10 year old version can still look good.
- Despite the tiny size - it is still good for those with big hands.
- It has anti-shake and a sharp F3.5 lens, so is good for handheld images at wide or standard settings even in low light.
- the JPG algorithm can be adjusted in-camera for saturation, sharpness and contrast - so you can "down tune" the in-camera processing and use modern software to post-process with lower noise and fewer JPG artefacts
- you can still get a very cheap £1/$1 infra-red remote control and new batteries in 2024 at low prices - making this a "useable" item.
- It has a clever "soft flash" setting for portraits that works well
