... well, honestly just a glimpse of it: I left the train at famous "Bahnhof Zoo" station which is around the well known Kurfürstendamm.
Coming from Austria I always felt a special attraction to Germanys capitol. In autumn 2021 finally I was lucky to get an invitation to live and work near Potsdam, which again is very close to Berlin.
Sometimes my job in animal care brings me into the big city - but then it's just too little time to roam around and hard to find a parking place anyway.
So from time to time I take a train to any station inside Berlin and always enjoy to be there ...

As a rather provincial grown up guy (I have spent most of my life in the beautiful but rather small to mid-size town of Salzburg ... yes, Mozart's Salzburg
) high buildings on the edge of being "skyscrapers" exert an attraction to me, which of course is nothing special at all for people living in New York or other bit cities in the USA (and other countries).

The "Kaiser-Wilhelm-Memorial church" was kept from WW2 "as it was"

Hotel California ;-)

24-105 4L for all the pictures, Raw and jpegs taken, if I had to touch the Raw's I have used Canons DPP4 to convert them.
