Have had a look around and not seen too many options.

Most seem to have a ridiculous amount of slots or for example on Amazon random brands (not to say they are no good but not sure how reliable they would be).

Just wanted to see what some are using (in the UK so some bits I might not be able to find)

For about the past ten years I have been using one of these: https://www.thinktankphoto.com/collections/accessories

And organize the CF express B and SD media in pairs like so

Topside forward means fresh, and flipped means exposed and needs to be downloaded. That way i can see at a glance what the media’s status is.

i started using the ThinktankPhoto PixelPocket Rocket back when the dominant removable media was CompactFlash

Don't be "a photographer.” Be photographing. (Paraphrasing William Faulkner's advice to writers.)

I've used a Think Tank Photo Pixel Pocket Rocket when I only carried SD cards. When I switched over to XQD/CFExpress Type B, I used a Pelican 0965 card case and a cheaper JJC MC-XQD6

This year, my favorite Card wallet is the Gura Gear Tembo 12 There's room for XQD and SD cards, and a pocket for an Air Tag on one side and an SSD or batteries on the other. Pockets are also large enough to store a hex wrench or microfiber cloth.

Thank you all so far, I use the pixel one for SD like above I'll look around and see what ones are available in the UK.
