Honfleur by any chance? The green bar looks familiar from a visit there two years ago. I don't get the first shot; it's so underexposed - or maybe you were just interested in the angles?

The first two in Honfleur, the next two in Trouville, near Deauville.

Yes, voluntarily underexposed. Angles and the silhouette of a pigeon as well but the size of the picture hear makes it hard to distinguish.
