Hi, I went to a high goal polo match last weekend and took the Sony RX100VII. I normally use a larger dSLR/tele lens, but we were with friends so a 'pocket' camera was more appropriate.
Context. High goal polo is the top of the game where the traditional name of polo pony is today a misnomer as most are retrained race horses, which can gallop up to about 30MPH. This game was a quarter final for the British Open Gold cup at Cowdray Park.
Settings.
Samples. Here are a few. None has had any post processing so you can judge out of camera, but all could be improved a little in post.

A horse in full suspension is galloping.

These guys were motoring and the player in green had just hit the ball, which is above the umpire's head with a little motion blur.
I was pleased with its performance.
