Godox AD100 Pro

I cannot test this flash nor trigger it on a Canon 80D using a Flashpoint R2 Pro Mark II C transmitter.

I see the test light is red and am guessing this means something is wrong.

I have been successful testing the modeling light.

Any suggestions?

My first suggestion is to get it out of slave (S1 and S2) mode.

same channel?

same group?
do the batteries in the transmitter work?
Is the group on the transmitter switched on?

Is the transmitter a godox for Canon?
sometimes the transmitter is not correctly mounted on the hotshoe.

only half a millimeter and the transmitter does not work.
was a problem with some transmitters on different hotshoes of different brands in our photo–edjucation.
