Hi Jim, I haven't decided if and where I may go but I'll probably look for a genre specific photo forum.i'm going to miss your pics, didn't you move to dprevived with everyone else ?![]()
Thanks, It's amazing what those birds catch and at times some are difficult to watch but it's about survival so anything goes. When I see any of these wading birds working a shoreline I stop and watch. Sometimes just a minnow as this guy caught before opting for a more substantial meal. It's all captivating to watch.Excellent set.
I favor the first and last two

Thanks Bob,Greetings Hornsbee...
Great series!
How do you like your OLYMPUS OM-D E-M1X ?? Always wanted one... just to expensive at this time in my life. My first digital camera was the Oly E-10. It still works perfectly! I have a couple of albums of E-10 photos which are still some of my best shots/pp. I certainly don't need the M1x... just a little sentimental I guess ;-)
Thanks for sharing the Lil'Blue & A Frog! Take care & HAGD![]()
Thanks Mike,Beautiful Bird.......and, again, well photographed! TFS
Mike
Outstanding... I'm glad you were able to snag two deals on the M1X. Unfortunately my, usually understanding, spouse might have a word or two for me... if I were to gain another camera ;-) Keep taking and posting those wonderful photos! Thanks Bob,Greetings Hornsbee...

I understand the cost considerations when first released and although I was captivated by that camera there was no way I could afford to buy one at that time. Last year two things happened that got me a M1X, one was the price for like new used ones was about a third of the original cost and two, that I had the money ($1100.00US) for one in mint condition. This camera suits me perfectly. The controls are great and I like almost everything about it (nothings perfect) , so much so a few weeks ago I bought a second one for well under $1000.00!

Nice photo. I'm single but my M1X was my first, my very first ICLC. My only other camera other than on my phone is a LX7. Compared to most in these forums my kit is rather spartan.Outstanding...
