I have been testing regarding Upgrading from Win 7 to Win 10. I wanted to check status of posts in this Forum so I tried to sign in within Win 10 (that I finally got to load as a complete Upgrade (NOTHING) Installed). I dropped my Land Line Phone several Months ago and now use Cell Phone only. In Win 10, it required me to create another account (for DpReview) using a different name, ID, etc. I thought that the setup would apply only when in Win 10.

The Phone and Email changes required that I get another Internet Provider and a different Email Service. Of course, this changed both my Email Address and my Phone Number that I had for over 25 years and Email address for 19 years. I have been a member of this overall Forum for 20 years. Evidently I failed to advise (update) any reference in my profile regarding Phone and Email.

Now, it is all "Messed Up". I would appreciate advice as to how to get my identity back as was used for 20 years and to include correct Phone Number and Email Address.

I don't mind changing Pass Word if that is required.

You still seem to be properly logged in, as I see you with nearly 15K posts.

If your account is like mine, you should see your name at the upper right top of the forum page. Click on that and you should see a menu that will allow you to change your email, etc.; IDK if DPR even knows your phone number; I don't think it knows mine.

I failed to mention that I changed my Email Address an hour ago and I believe this may have caused some confusion regarding my password previously being used with my previous Email Address. Not sure (at this time) what password is in the system but I am not concerned about that part.

The main thing was I did not want to be called "George or Sam" instead of Vernon in the future.

I will know about the Password when I check again.

Thanks for your check and confirmation that it appears to remain the same.

NOTE: I checked and my new Password of record is now the one I setup while in Win 10, as discussed in my OP. Now, I believe there is NO problems, as you discussed.

My Regards,

Vernon....
