I met him once, and heard many, many stories about him that can't be told. A true one-of-a-kind, according to my friends who knew him better.Jim Marshall and his necklaces of Leica's is turning in his grave.
He had a years-long friendly relationship with a Nikon Pro Services manager in California, and gave that person several (maybe many?) prints of his work. I saw a few of them. A very cool legacy to have from your job, I thought.
