Wanted: scars, bruises, stiches and horror effects in photoshop

Does anyone know if there are plugins and/or stand-alone software availble to really mess portraits up in a true halloween horror style? Looking for a broad selection so that I can handle many faces with variation.

I found some scar-brush collections for Photoshop (simply called 'Scar') and they work well but looking for more. Any suggestions? Payware is fine if it is good.
