The Affinity Photo V2 web site lists OS support as:How do I install from an *.MSIX file and is this only going to install on Windows 10?
Thanks for posting - lot of good stuff and as you say, that is pretty cool.James' intro video:

He shows how you can incorporate multiple edit raw images inside Publisher documents and still re-edit them. That's pretty cool!
I just tried a search and it’s showing for me; although there was a bit of a pause before the results came up. Earlier today, the iPad versions weren’t coming up in the iOS store for me but clicking on the links on Affinity’s website opened up the right page on the iOS store - possibly the AppStore is acting up a little?Does anyone know if Affinity Photo V2 (for macOS) will be available in Apple's App Store? I believe that's where I purchased V1.
When I do a search, none of the Affinity products are there.
I’ve been using Publisher for print layouts, which I find a really interesting optionRationally, I should do exactly the same. I currently have Photo and Designer on Windows and iPad, but in practice, only use Photo on Windows to any extent, to complement DxO PL.I bought Affinity Photo this afternoon instead of the whole suite. Not because of price, because I think every item here from Affinity is almost ridiculous affordable. Cheap even. It’s just that I’ll never use anything other than Photo. I use it next to DXO PL as my main raw converter/editor.
Great software for a very good price!
But I'll probably buy the whole caboodle, as the price difference is so small.
Yes, you can have bothMaybe an obvious question but does it v2 AP install into its own (selectable?) folder and leave v1 alone?
TIA
It leaves v1 apps alone. After installing all three v2 apps, I still have my v1 apps. I'll keep them for a few weeks, but assuming everything in the v2 apps is working fine, I'll uninstall the v1 apps as I won't need them any more.Maybe an obvious question but does it v2 AP install into its own (selectable?) folder and leave v1 alone?

FYI, it did not prompt me for where to install the v2 apps, but it certainly did not put them in the same place as the v1 apps. Perhaps there was an ability to customize that in the installer (I'm not sure).

Curious what country are you in? I'm in USA.
The UI needs a much larger screen. Even on an 11" iPad Pro, the controls are squashed. It's amazing that they've managed to include close to 100% of the functionality of full-featured desktop products through a small touch screen. Why can’t they have Affinity for iPhone, if it’s already for iPad![]()
