X-E3 VIRTUAL HORIZON / ELECTRONIC LEVEL

I normally carry two lenses with my X-E3: 14mm and 18-55mm. I like to use the 'electronic level' with the former but not with the latter and I would like a quick way to turn it on/off (the option is buried deep within the menus: setup > screen setup > disp. custom setting > electronic level).

Ideally I'd like to assign it to a function button but other options such as the Q-menu or My Menu would be a decent alternative. So far I haven't found a way to assign it to anything but hopefully I'm missing something and maybe someone else who's more familiar with the menu system can suggest something?

No way to do that quickly that I've found. The newer cameras have a fancier "3D" level...

It's available on the X-H1.

I stand corrected, I am now aware of that. The X-H1 must have been the first.

Thanks for this, it's a shame that Fuji didn't realise how it would be used in real life.
After all, the X-H1 was the flagship at the time. For me, still is, subject to final, official specs of the rumored X-T5 (in particular sensor, size/grip, EVF).

Only a button could be assigned to that function, not sure the XE3 allowas that. With the XH2s it is possible to have a button for that. Try to see what functions can be allocated to a button. Not possible in Q and Mymenu.

Leaving it on 24/7 isn't worse than not having it - now I barely notice it.

On the X-H1, it is assignable to a button. In my set-up, assigned to AE-L.
