I am guessing that today’s 2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5018427) fixed this error on my Dell Vostro 3888.

This driver prevented me from turning on Core Isolation Memory Integrity. I tried turning it on today and had no problem.

I have the same issue. Latest Win11, updates.

It appears my Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 is the issue. Are there less intrusive fixes available? e.g. from Adobe?

If you need a piece of software or a driver that is not compatible with memory integrity/core isolation, and that software or driver will never be updated or it already would have been, you will get more out of leaving core isolation off and using the software/driver than you get "protection" from core isolation.

What gets malware onto individual pcs or opens them to hacking will not be prevented by turning on memory integrity as it cannot save you from yourself. Memory integrity settings are far more valuable in a managed institutional environment than for an individual user.

If your stuff is compatible with memory integrity then leave it on. If your stuff is not compatible don't think twice about it because you're not missing much.
