Buying second hand - Is a6300 a good pick for this price?

I have decided to upgrade from my RX100M3 and am looking for a second hand, as I'd like to get some good lenses while still being on a budget.

I have found a second hand Sony a6300. It is 3 years old and comes with a silicon cover, shoulder strap, UV filter, Gode NDX filter and a 64 GB SD card.

It is priced at 470 EUR / 510 USD

1) Is it a good price?

2) Is it a good camera as an upgrade or do I need to invest more?

3) are there better options than the a6300 within same price range, being an APS-C?
