It takes roughly 3 seconds to complete an 11K image in this first test by theta360.guide developer community. Compare to 8 seconds for the SC2 at 5376x2688.

X image resolution: 11008x5504 - 3 seconds or 5504x2752 - 2 seconds

SC2 image resolution: 5376×2688 - 8 seconds

Z1 (JPG): 6702x3360 - 3 seconds

Reference: https://api.ricoh/docs/theta-web-api-v2.1/options/file_format/

NOTE: Z1 has a considerably larger image sensor and can also take RAW images. Test above is only with the JPG image.

If bracketing, can it burst the bracket to RAM and process/save later?

If not, then 3 seconds per image is not fast, it is EXTREMELY slow.

from the video, that's for and 11k still image, in a dark room.

So the exposure probably needed to be long

and apparently it was doing "image stiching" no idea what that means in this case

btw, 11k: 11008×5504 => 60,588,032 pixels
