Smallest possible case/bag for α7 III

I just picked an EOS M200 because I want something to carry it all times. I'm unsure if I want to unbox it or return it.

I would have no problems always carrying my α7 III if there was a proper minimal case or bag for it. I have not found one yet.

Dream: full leather case with room for just one of my smaller normal lenses (Samyang 45mm f/1.8, Sonnar T* FE 35/2,8 ZA or the Voigtländer 40mm f/1.2). All the full leather cases are made for larger zoom/kit lenses.

I've read through some bag recommendation threads and the best I've found, that looks OK, is:
Really wishing for a case rather than a bag I still think they're all too big.

The Domke should be one of the smaller bags with an 19.05 x 19.05 x 10.16 cm interior and the α7 III 12.7 x 9.6 x 7.3 cm. The bag interior is almost twice the size of the camera which is a lot empty space to carry around.

Please say there's something better. No, it don't want to carry accessories or extra lenses. Just the camera and one mounted lens.

EDIT: Think Tank Mover 5 comes quite close in internal measurements, but it's so hideous that I'd really like some other recommendations. 😬

My A7iii with a Sony 35mm f1.8 & lens hood reversed fits snugly in a Think Tank Digital Holster 5. It's a nicely firm bag. I got it from the cheap bin at my local photo shop.

My ruler gives it the camera + lens at about 130mm length. There's enough width at the bottom to take a fatter lens.

I really like the case. It fits my Olympus EM1-ii and 12-40 nicely as well.

Bag is 140-ish wide, 110 deep, 145 tall.

Forgive the crap phone photo.

[edit] Just seen your Think Tank edit :) I agree with your 'hideous' take on the Mover. This looks more like a camera bag.

Thanks! I actually just found the Crumpler Quick Escape Toploader 150. It shouldn't fit height wise according to spec. But this video showing the GH3 in it makes me think it could work after comparing GH3 to α7 III at camerasize.com. There's also Toploader 300. But hey, I'm looking to shave millimeters. :)
I don't care for bags designed for cameras. I've always preferred a small, discreet shoulder bag. I have several of different sizes, depending on what lens I want to use. I purchase them at luggage shops and pawn shops. Take your camera + lens with you to get the fit you want.
Great idea too!

OK... to my eye (from the vid) the Crumpler looks like it could be a bit of a PITA for a camera at borderline size.

I'm no proponent of Think Tank (my regular camera 'case' is a canvas mini man-bag that's not designed for cameras in the slightest), but it's really easily to pull the camera out and plop it back in to the Digital Holster one. It has a thick and strong and comfortable (and seemingly failsafe) belt hook arrangement as well, if you want to carry it around your waist as well, as opposed to on the strap.

Think tank is most secure, absolutely smallest is the lowepro dashpoint 30

Reportedly can hold an A1 with the Voigtlander 50 APO mounted (without the hood) plus a second lens of similar size.
