I just realised that part 2 is full. (A little late. Sorry. 😉)

This is Part 3. (You can find Part 1 here and Part 2 here )

This thread is for photos taken with adapted lenses on any M-series camera.
(Every Canon EF-M lens has its own thread.)

I hope for a variety of photos from as many users as possible.

Just a few guidelines:

- Comments on the photos are of course allowed. (But please don't start endless discussions about lenses in this thread. Take such discussions to other threads. Or start a new one. This thread is about the photos.)

- Try to include Exif data in your photos, or at least post what settings/camera was used.

- Most important: Have fun!

I did start a Part II at https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/64876775 but didn't manage to put in all the links and hadn't realised your thread was already at Part II. I think it would be useful if there were another thread for adapted EF lenses.

Ok. No problem. Maybe a mod could just rename your thread and delete this one?

I think it would be useful if there were another thread for adapted EF lenses.
Do you mean we should have two separate threads? One for "adapted EF lenses" and one for "adapted non EF-lenses? What about EF-S ?

Why not a thread with a link to all the "post your photo!" threads, if possible the kind that stays on top of the forum list,

I don't think there's a significant difference between EF-S and EF as far as the EOS M is concerned; they're both native once they're on the mount adapter. FD (or other mounts) need a completely different approach when you're using them, and that's what I first think of when I see the words "adapted lens". That's why I started my thread with a lens adapted to Leica thread from a Minox 35EL compact 35mm film camera.

I think we should have 1 thread for images instead of segmenting them.

Just my 2 cents

I would love to make a “sticky” thread on top of the forum list, but unfortunately that is not possible in this forum. Don’t ask me why.

But most of the other “post your photo!” threads have a list (in the first post) with links to the other threads. It depends a little bit on my mood when creating them. Like when I made this one, I was a little bit too lazy. 😴

Another problem with this forum is that I can’t update the posts, so some of the links can be outdated and point to threads that are full.

Appologies for the lack of variety of subjects :)

I love everyday life photos especially street ones. Much more than those glorious landscapes or wildlife.

The biggest advantage of that lens: you don't need a tripod for your M camera. :)

...anyway....

You have a good EF 35mm f/2.0 copy, as to my eye the picture looks quite sharp for being shot wide open on a crop sensor.

Hmm... I guess I must have missed the latest firmware update. My m6 doesn't hover in thin air. It's a selfie... so I do need a tripod ;)

I agree. Plus dlo in dpp. Plus high pass+curves trick in ps :) (although the latter wasn't really necessary)
