Neewer 2.4g Slider -- Please Wait screen

Has anyone tried the Neewer 2.4G motorized slider...and not even be able to get it to start up?

The remote and unit don't seem to want to work together and the remote just has a "Please wait" notice on the screen that never changes...

Has anyone got had this and fixed it? Of course Neewer is non-existent on service...

Yep, same boat. This is what the remote looks like fresh out of the box (I wonder if you returned yours, and I bought it next? LOL!)

Actually, I got mine figured out JUST after setting up an account to tell you how I was stuck in the same boat!

1) Switch motor and remote off.
2) While holding the camera button on remote down, power on the remote.
3) While still holding the camera button, switch the motor on.
4) This will initiate the pairing.

Bada bing bada boom, you should be good to go!
