Auto image transfer won’t stop...

Suddenly whenever I turn off my XE3, it gives me the “Start image transfer to smartphone” message. I have this setting turned off on the app and the camera. Anyone else run into this? Shy of a factory reset, I’m not sure what to do.

Did you try to turn off bluetooth on the camera?

Even if you turned auto transfer off, there may remain some images on the SD card that were tagged previously for transfer.

I sympathize! I luckily have never had it do this to me-I don't want everything downloaded to the phone so I keep that off. Ah, blessed be the day that Fuji gives us an app that isn't so temperamental.
