I have Ricoh GR II and like to use internal flash from time to time. I'm thinking about upgrade to Ricoh GR III. What compact external flash could you advice for it? Ideally it would be ability to use the flash both on camera and remotely (wireless?)

The LightPix Labs FlashQ Q20II is what I have, based on many recommendations.

Note that it is not P-TTL, so you have to set it manually. But the interface is fairly simple, and it's very easy to take off and use wireless.

Unless you want off-camera Flash, I would not recommend the Q because it's manual. Just get the small Pentax AF-201 -it's made for the gr3 and has tilt head.
