I have a 2018 Macbook Pro running Catalina 10.15.7 --- and interestingly, preview can open and display (beautifully) every file CRAW .CR3 file I try from the M6ii, but none of the CRAW .CR3 files taken with the M50ii! Wonder what the difference is.I have an older iMac (c.2013) running Catalina 10.15.7 and Preview will display .CR3 files some of the time. If it is going to display the image, it usually does so within a few seconds. Otherwise, it just spins and spins and spins...
