Multiexpo in JPEG - response from Nikon Support

Hi All,

Nikon Support responded to my question why Z cameras can save the multiple exposure imeges only in JPEG and not in RAW. I also requested to give back the Nikon shooters the ability to save the multiexpo in RAW. Here is the promising answere:

No. :-( And I afraid it would never been "fixed".

Looks that way. Today the online manual states "saved as JPEG fine":

Looks like I will further hold back the purchase of Z cameras.

It is such an essential feature to me.

Thanks everyone in the world that highlighted this. I imagined I would aghast upon finding out this feature is crippled.
