Epson now offers all pigment ink in bottles to feed the new 5800 series of Ecotank machines. First time OEM pigment able to be bought in bottles?
Euro 15.1 for 70 ml! (About US$17). Less than US$22 for 127 ml of black pigment.

My take on this for a business is, yes, for Epson, the lost ink revenue is partly added to the printer price, so part of the ink cost is a capital cost rather than totally a consumables cost as now.

Thanks for sharing.

Good development, having DURABrite ink in an EcoTank version of the WorkForce printers, which I use exclusively for office documents. Until now, the best value in pigment ink printing. Of course, I always use 3rd party pigment ink. I already have a lot invested in WorkForce printers, but this is still welcome news.

I see these printers on the US site, also:

Looks like about twice the cost of Precision Colors pigment ink, $22 vs. $12 for 4 oz pigment ink:
